Worth understanding: Formidable started life as a data<\/em> plugin more than a contact-form plugin. Its identity is built around entries as structured records you can query, calculate on, and display. That matters when you read the paid tiers, because most of what you pay for is not “more fields” \u2014 it is what you can do with the data after it arrives.<\/p>\n

The commonest budgeting mistake is assuming the entry tier is the whole story. Two lines matter more than the rest. Views starts at Plus<\/strong>, and for many people Views is the reason to buy Formidable at all. And payments work from Basic, but carry a 3% transaction fee until Business<\/strong> (“Upgrade to Business to remove the 3% transaction fee”, on the Basic card). If you take real money through your forms, work out what 3% of a year’s payments comes to before you pick Basic or Plus.<\/p>\n
