Free-tier features keep working. Existing payment forms continue accepting Stripe and PayPal payments for 15 days after expiry. After the grace period, the premium features (payments, multi-step, file upload, signature, repeater, integrations) switch off and the form reverts to its free tier — the form still submits, notifications still send, and entries still store. The free version is genuinely useful: the full drag-and-drop builder with standard and advanced fields, conditional logic, native entry storage with CSV export, email notifications, retention, and anti-spam — with no submission caps. Pro adds payments (Stripe & PayPal), CRM/marketing integrations, multi-step forms, save & resume, file upload, signature, repeater fields, and the frontend public submissions table.

Agency tier is listed above. We don't currently offer lifetime licenses (this is what keeps prices flat — we'd rather charge less per year than gamble on a one-time payment). Bitcoin: not yet.
Download the free builder from WordPress.org and set up your first form this afternoon. Add a Pro license for payments whenever you're ready — 14-day refund, no questions.
