FAQ

Questions, answered.

What happens if my license lapses?

Free-tier features keep working. Existing payment forms continue accepting Stripe and PayPal payments for 15 days after expiry. After the grace period, the premium features (payments, multi-step, file upload, signature, repeater, integrations) switch off and the form reverts to its free tier — the form still submits, notifications still send, and entries still store. Renew to restore Pro.

Are there transaction fees on Stripe or PayPal?

None from us. You pay your processor's standard fees and that's it. We don't take a cut.

Can I move my license between sites?

Yes. Deactivate from one site in the customer portal, then activate on the new one. Freelancer, Agency and Unlimited plans let you have several active at once without juggling.

Do you offer a refund?

Yes — 14 days, no questions asked. Email us and we'll refund the same day.

How does the free version differ from Pro?

The free version is genuinely useful: the full drag-and-drop builder with standard and advanced fields, conditional logic, native entry storage with CSV export, email notifications, retention, and anti-spam — with no submission caps. Pro adds payments (Stripe & PayPal), CRM/marketing integrations, multi-step forms, save & resume, file upload, signature, repeater fields, and the frontend public submissions table.

Can I migrate from WPForms or Gravity?

We're working on importers. In the meantime our migration guide walks through replacing the most common form patterns. Most forms take 10–20 minutes to recreate.

Do you offer agency / lifetime / Bitcoin pricing?

Agency tier is listed above. We don't currently offer lifetime licenses (this is what keeps prices flat — we'd rather charge less per year than gamble on a one-time payment). Bitcoin: not yet.
